The Hypnosis CD sets below are offered as a cost effective alternative to in person hypnosis sessions. While Hypnosis CDs can be very effective they are not personalized for the individual client.

Hypnosis can be very powerful; just one session with a qualified professional may be all it takes to change your behavior. Hypnosis CDs should be played every day, at least for the first 1-2 weeks - the effects are more gradual.

Many people use hypnosis CDs as a simple alternative to hypnosis, however there is no best method to use. It depends upon your beliefs, circumstances, the nature of the change you would like to initiate, and your personal preferences.

Although numerous studies support the achievement of favorable results through hypnosis & self hypnosis, by law the services we render are held out to the public as non-therapeutic hypnotism, defined as the use of hypnosis to inculcate positive thinking and the capacity for self-hypnosis.
