The Self Hypnosis Download programs are offered as a cost effective alternative to in person hypnosis sessions. Self Hypnosis MP3’s and Self Hypnosis CDs should be played every day, at least for the first week. Hypnosis Downloads and CDs can help clients to Quit Smoking, Lose Weight, Improve Confidence & Self Esteem, Public Speaking, Manage Stress, Improve Study Habits, and Improve Sports Performance.

When you order Hypnosis MP3’s also known as Hypnosis Downloads, you will receive a link which will enable you to download the session package. Alternatively, all hypnosis CD’s are shipped via USPS. Choosing the weight loss hypnosis CD or the weight loss hypnosis mp3 is simply a matter of preference.

Our in person session clients have come to rely on the self hypnosis audio programs like our stop smoking hypnosis CD. Our clients listen to these programs in between sessions for reinforcement. We are proud to offer these programs to the general public as well as our session clients.
