Woman Says New York Past Life Regression Eliminated Her Insomnia and Anxiety Attacks

A New York woman is crediting past life regression therapy she received at the NY Hypnosis Institute with considerably minimizing the chronic pain she had been suffering from for more than a year and eliminating completely the insomnia and anxiety attacks that she had been suffering with for over 25 years.

The woman named Clara, suffered from panic attacks, general anxiety, and insomnia. The symptoms were so bad that she was taking several different medications as an anxiety treatment, but they were not working. Instead, she dealt with intense anxiety – specifically related to her son – late at night.

For the past year, the woman was also dealing with intense pain and swelling in her legs and arms. A slew of doctors – including a rheumatologist and a neurologist – gave her a battery of tests, but could not find anything physically wrong with her. She even underwent chemotherapy as one of the physicians initially thought she had rheumatoid arthritis.

Feeling desperate, she went to the NY Hypnosis Institute for past life regression therapy. In just one session, she discovered that hypnosis was the cure for her insomnia, an effective anxiety treatment and a way to significantly reduce her pain.

During her past life regression, the woman vividly remembered being a young black man who was murdered.

“It was very late at night,” described the woman in a video testimonial. “I felt like I was being held down on the ground… The pain in my legs, my joints, the pain became so severe that I realized they were slicing my knees.”

The woman said, as she was dying in her previous life, she saw a young child that she was leaving behind, unprotected. After her New York past life regression, she said she realized that the boy symbolized her son – explaining why she was so anxious about him.

Additionally, the woman says re-living the incident through hypnosis has reduced her pain significantly.

“I can walk long distances now without feeling that pain,” said the woman. “I got my life back.”

NYC Hypnosis Press Release Page New York Queens NY

Summary: The New York Hypnosis Institute is using video testimonials to help people learn more about the process of hypnosis.

The New York Hypnosis Institute, a New York City-based company that offers hypnosis treatments in more than 20 different specialty areas, is showing people what hypnosis sessions are really like, thanks to the video testimonials on its website.

All of the New York Hypnosis testimonials were recorded by satisfied customers who have eliminated bad habits, overcome phobias, or learned more about their past lives through hypnosis. Each of the clients showcased in the video testimonials describe their problem, talk about going to the New York Hypnosis Institute for the very first time, and give a detailed description of their hypnosis sessions.

As one client describes it, “You find yourself – when he’s talking to you – you find the words really hitting you… This light comes on in your mind, like a light bulb.”

During another video testimonial, one woman explains how two hypnosis sessions helped her overcome a fear of flying that had plagued her for 10 years.

Officials at the New York Hypnosis Institute hope that people who might be thinking about trying hypnosis will watch these video testimonials, learn more about how the process works, and will initiate the process to overcome a current challenge they face.

The New York Hypnosis Institute also hopes that these video testimonials will help clear up some of the misconceptions about hypnosis.

“It wasn’t at all, initially, what I thought it would be,” explained one of the clients featured in a testimonial. “I initially thought that he was probably going to have a watch and swing it around in front of my face, and maybe I wouldn’t remember what happened… It wasn’t anything like that at all. Actually, it was really relaxing.”

So far, the video testimonials cover a variety of topics, ranging from stop smoking hypnosis to the effectiveness of fear of flying hypnosis, to the merits of a past life regression. New video testimonials will be added on a regular basis, so that people can get an inside look into the New York Hypnosis Institute’s work.

Learn the Truth About Hypnosis

In order to really benefit from hypnosis, it is essential to understand just how hypnosis works. We know the names of the famous hypnotists and we have seen or heard about stage shows where people are asked to come up on stage and then proceed to fall under the control of a hypnotist. Hypnosis is much more than the stereotypes that we commonly hear about.

There are people who fear hypnosis because they believe that the hypnotist can play with their mind in unacceptable ways. This is far from the truth. In fact, people who understand the mind and how hypnotherapy works, realize this notion is not only archaic, but it is somewhat amusing.

Hypnosis works on the subconscious but this process takes place when you are in a state of aroused awareness. The hypnotist does not control you. He or she is merely a guide that can access the subconscious mind and the sometimes limiting memories stored there. Throughout the process, you are in control and cannot be forced to do something not in line with your belief system or true desires.

When you drive along a familiar route, observing traffic rules and mindful of the other drivers on the road but still arrive at your destination completely unaware of turns, you have experienced the hypnotic state. You were not asleep. You simply tuned out all the stimulations around you and let your subconscious deal with the red lights, stop signs and oncoming traffic.

As science becomes more knowledgeable about the hypnotic processes and how the mind works, hypnosis becomes increasingly acceptable and understood. More and more the psychiatric world is adopting the usefulness of this trance state. In this highly aware and receptive state, people relax and allow the stresses and distractions of life to simply fade away.

When a certified hypnotist gives a suggestion to your subconscious mind, it is acted upon quickly, so long as it is in line with what you truly want. A hypnotherapist can also access memories long forgotten. Your subconscious mind essentially looks through the catalog of stored sensations and memories and allows you to experience the feelings associated with that memory. Have you ever scared yourself by reliving a memory? Perhaps you were able to experience sheer joy by remembering a very happy moment. While in hypnosis, one can experience the stored memories that exist in the mind, as if they are happening right now.

If a forgotten memory is having a negative impact, it can be cleared using hypnosis. By simply changing the perspective of the subconscious mind, a fear or phobia can be overcome. It allows the subconscious mind to see things in their true perspective, without magnifying them. It allows the client to leave the negativity behind but keep the lesson learned.

This is what the hypnotic state can do for you. It relaxes you and opens your subconscious mind where every emotion you ever felt is saved. When you have a brain storm and a new thought pops into your mind, it is your subconscious mind that is responsible. A variety of experiences, thoughts and memories work together and suddenly this new concept emerges. Your conscious mind is where your active behavior, decisions, and responses reside. Hypnosis works by relaxing your consciousness and allowing your subconscious to take control.
